My experience with Pride Restoration was completely unmatched. The guys that came out for the initial inspection and quote were extremely helpful and friendly, and they were able to work with me over sometime in order to find the perfect solution for my house. The mitigation process was excellent, I have never had such a good experience with a contracted company as I did with Pride Restoration. The gentleman that came to do the work, Robert, Austin, and Gavin, were extremely helpful, they completed the job very quickly and included me in a lot of what was going on. They went above and beyond my expectations, and helped with every tiny aspect of what I needed to do. I will recommend them to anyone in need, and I will most definitely use Pride again. I'm so happy I gave Pride a call. When the phone rang, Doris answered it and was really helpful. My insurance provider questioned me about the work being done in great detail, and I was unable to respond. The pride restoration team was able to cooperate with my insurance provider and give the claim adjuster rapid responses that they were satisfied with. The Pride team methodically carried out the final tasks. Because of Doris, Joel, Susan, and Jim, I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending this person in the highest regard.

The entire group of folks at Pride have just been amazing since we called them. They showed up at our house at 9pm on a Friday and worked til almost midnight to make sure our situation was handled before they left. Not only did they work late on an emergency call on a Friday night, but they were extremely friendly and had us laughing and it really relaxed the situation. After a leak resulted in significant water damage in my basement, they promptly came to my rescue. Their team was meticulous, professional, and courteous, and the quality of their work was top-notch. I was particularly impressed by how thorough they were. The extent of the damage could have been overwhelming, but they handled it calmly and efficiently. A stellar job all around.
