One of their crews blocked multiple mailboxes with a sign and cones at my apartment complex. Seems to me that blocking mailboxes is not only inconsiderate, but possibly illegal. Contacting them is useless. The number online connects you to an out of state void of extensions and operators who won't answer. The one person I got ahold of (in Houston, TX) said he'd never heard of a Gainesville office. What if -heaven forbid- a crew was struck by a distracted driver, and EMS needed to quickly notify someone at their organization? Very irresponsible. If they block our mailboxes again, I will contact our local law enforcement to handle the situation.

Worst experience ever. Had a doctor's appointment this morning, got to the intersection of Clear Creek Road and Blackberry Mtn. road in Ellijay, GA, and hey the intersection is closed. I now have to turn around and take the long way to town. Needless to say I was late for my doctor appt and had to wait an extra hour. No compassion for the locals who are putting up with the mess and hassle. Could of a least let us know the intersection was going to be closed. In this day of social media, develop a Facebook page to keep us up to date. But no, these people are not local and they do not care as long as they make a bunch of money. Oh, and your road guards need some training.

Pride Utility did an excellent job putting our yard back to way the way it was prior to the gas line replacement. A++++ job everyone. Thank you.
