Prima Plant Services Inc - Rutsu

I was a happy customer of Prima Plant Services for 20 years. When it sold a couple of years ago, I signed up for my annual services and pre-paid. It was a windy season and they never managed to come apply weed and feed so a $157 credit was applied to this year. They have never come in 2022. I have called more than six times ( I don’t like to be a squeaky wheel or it would have been many more calls). I spoke to Amy once. She acknowledged my credit, said I’d be put on the schedule and still no show. I never get through when transferred on the phone, she never calls back, I have received no services. Perhaps my job is not important enough, but they won’t even send me a refund. I would never recommend this company and am sorry years of Kim Bock’s good work has been wasted.

Drives like *sshats. Tailgating multiple vehicles on the interstate with under 1/2 car length between them and the vehicle in front. Rapid, unsignaled lane changes causing pieces of cut branches to fall onto the interstate.

They know trees! Great long time local business with exceptional knowledge in trees, lawns and weeds.
