Prime appliance and ac services

Absolutely would not recommend their service! We went through our warranty company for our washer and dryer repair and this company was assigned. Technician was completely unprofessional. We worked out a time for him to come to our home, due to our busy schedule. The tech failed to notify us of his arrival and then just left stating he had another appointment to get to. We had no knowledge he was at our home until he notified us he was leaving and refused to come back. No call, text anything to alert us to his arrival. Completely unprofessional and poor customer service.

I hired this company to clean the air ducts in my home and was initially offered a $119 promotional price but after the inspection of the air ducts in my 1 bedroom apartment, the tech said he recommended a sanitization procedure that would bring the cost to closer to $300. Again, its a 1 bedroom with 4 a/c ducts. I agreed but now, just three weeks later my air ducts still have dust and our allergies are very bad. Ive called and requested the company to come back and inspect the job that was done but have been told that I would need to pay for a “deeper cleaning.” This company is unprofessional and is out to steal your money. In fact, the tech they sent to do the job initially is no longer with the company so they have cared less to resolve this situation and have had the tech call me yet h

ABSOLUTLEY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! This company failed to show on multiple occasions to scheduled services on multiple appliances. We are a very busy family and we have accommodated time on several occasions to miss work or school in order to have someone home during supposed services. Company proceeded to say that there were no residents home without even showing up. After countless phone calls, I was told to take my business elsewhere. Do not bother leaving voicemails as they will not return your call. I was treated in an unprofessional manner and have yet to have a working refrigerator. I would hate for someone else to have the same bad experience.

Prime Appliance is the provider under my extended warranty on my Whirlpool refigerator. It isn't cooling. They sent a young man the first time. He said I needed a part. When he came back, the part "didn't fit/was the wrong part." Prime then decided that I never needed a part. What I needed was to have the coils blown out and refilled with freon. The owner of the company, Michael (sp?), said he would come himself. He didn't show up and didn't call. When I reached him, he said is son was sick. Michael came on labor day (yesterday) and supposedly fixed the problem. When I texted him this morning that the refrigerator is not cooling properly, literally his response was "OMG." No offer was made to come back. I have been without a refrigerator since August 18 and it is now September

I used them via the Brandsmart warranty for my Whirlpool refrigerator and the tech was polite, on time and professional. I had minor work done, but it was done well.
