Service was done within 24 hours. The gentleman who answered the phone gave me a four hour window that worked for me. Victor was able to accomplish the repair in record time and was professional as well as personable. We spoke about options and I felt he was honest and direct. He pointed out that there was a warranty with the parts and I felt assured that I was doing the right thing. Victor was amazing with his presentation and his expertise. I will definitely call him again.

Our old wall oven stopped working a few months ago. I called and Victor came out a half hour later. Oven was fixed same day very quickly and for an extremely fair price. Definitely call here first for any repairs. Highly recommend.

My stove was leaking gas and Nipsco had to shut off my gas switch. I called Prime Appliance and Victor was able to come to my house on the same day. He was honest and knowledgeable of what my stove required. I appreciate him being able to repair my stove on such short notice! Thank you, Victor
