Prime Cabinetry

I have been ordering and using Jessen cabinets for the last year and I am beyond impressed with the quality, ease of assembly, professionalism, and customer support that I have encountered. Specifically Keagan! He has gone above and beyond to assist me with my orders and any questions I might have. His responses are always immediate and informative. I feel like I've gained a member of the family rather than a salesperson. Great guy, and great company!

Have been working with them for years now. this is my 6th order now and the experience has been great. They are great at communicating and have alway helped us during the standard hiccups that come up. The quality of the cabinets is very good. The shipping boxes are sturdy so the cabinets are protected well during shipping. Their rendering services are extreemly helpful in my sales process. Overall great company to partner with.

This is our second time ordering cabinets from Prime Cabinetry this year, and we have been very happy so far. The showroom/customer support people are top notch and fun to work with. The cabinets are well made, beautiful, and true to sample. The delivery on the first order went very smoothly with no problems. We have no complaints!

Prime Cabinetry helped us design the layout of a beautiful kitchen and order all the right parts. Installation was done very nicely by their recommended installer. A year later, a cabinet door showed a paint imperfection. Their customer service sent a replacement door right away that made everything look new. My original experience just got better with the great support service they provided. We're doing another renovation this year and I will certainly be going back to Prime Cabinetry.

The quality of the cabinets we purchased is great, WAY better than the big box stores and significantly cheaper. Easy to assemble and well worth the effort. The web site could use some tweaking be sure to sign in before filling your shopping cart because it all disappears after signing in. The other issue which is a BIG one is the packaging. We ordered Tawny Shaker and all the boxes said Toffee Shaker which isn't just a different color but a different style so we refused the order and called customer service just to be told they were correct but depending on where they source the cabinets from the boxes could be marked differently, After chasing down the tractor trailer in a near by town we were able to load our order into the back of our pick up Seems like something easy to correct or at
