Prime Cleaning Solutions

We began using Alinny’s cleaning service in May of 2024. Initially her services were spectacular and my husband and I were excited to have someone we could trust clean our home. She was so precise and would even come in with a black glove to ensure no dust was left behind. She was even open to feedback of how improvements could be made. Fast forward to 2025. Her business grew and she was no longer coming personally to clean our home but had helpers which we were happy for her. Little things were being missed here and there which we relayed to her. No big deal because we know things can not always be perfect. We would message her and the tone seemed to have changed a bit. *See pictures of things missed. The major change came prior to Thanksgiving. We like to get deep cleanings 1-2 x a year

Alinny is absolutely fantastic! Her communication is great & she definitely knows how to find all the cracks & crevices that have the slightest dirt!
