We have had an outstanding experience with Prime Comfort HVAC, especially with Nick, who has been our technician for the past two years. Nick has serviced our two Trane HVAC systems (air conditioning and furnace stacks) as well as our Mitsubishi Trane mini-split system in the garage. Prime Comfort did a great job on the install of a dual fuel system replacement. It was multi-stage heat pump and and a 2 stage forced air furnace. I received 3 quotes and Prime Comfort were the lowest price for a better system qouted by the other 2 HVAC companies. Ernie was my main contact and he was great. Rene and Jesus completed the install in 1 day just as promised. Rene and Jesus did a great install job. They arrived on time and cleaned up well after the install was completed. They were both very polite and helpful. Then Brian and Ernie came out for a QA inspection. That went well as expected and then they took care of the county inspection via a virtual inspection. My experience with Prime comfort was very satisfying. I had a water heater installed. Rene and the crew did an exceptionally good job. They were professional, kind and caring. Above all, Rene checked all water faucets in my home to make sure it was giving hot water. He was kind and transparent in answering questions and concerns I had. After completing the job, Rene and the crew left their working area clean and without incidence. Thank you, Rene and crew for doing such an awesome job.

Prime Comfort Team was prompt in scheduling an appointment and thorough in evaluating the issues with the HVAC system in our new house. They completely overhauled the ducting and installation of the new systems in less than a week. I first used Prime Comfort years ago to install new HVAC units. The heating stopped working and they immediately sent someone out to diagnose the issue. Billy Cole came and after doing a thorough inspection, he found the issue. He took several pictures of the problem (a dead bird) and explained the issue in a way that I could understand.
