I would highly recommend Prime Electric to anyone looking for car installation or any electric needs. I reached out to Gus and he was immediately very professional and communicative. As someone with no experience in car installation Gus helped me understand my needs and what to do. My mom also had a lot of questions but he patiently answered everything and eased our concerns. He came and did a phenomenal job and got the charger working. He also cares a lot about safety which I appreciate and ensured our breakers will be fine and explained it. This was all done for a very fair price. I would 100% reach out to Gus again for any future work.

Gus is an outstanding licensed electrician and a pleasure to work with. Part of our house had no electricity and toggling the breaker did not help. He arrived timely, diagnosed the issue, and clearly explained what was going on. It turned out the problem was actually with Con Edison, and Gus was honest about that instead of trying to upsell unnecessary work. His pricing is fair, and he followed up after the job to make sure everything is resolved. Professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.
