Prime Heating and Air is top notch! Our 18 year old gas/electric package unit finally kicked the bucket with a cracked heat exchanger. Not only did Prime come out on one of the coldest days we've had, but they came out the same day! And to top it off, they saved us a ton of money on a nearly identical unit as the other guys! Prime will be the only HVAC company we'll be using!

Cole was quick to quote several viable solutions for my somewhat unique situation, including improving the installation of some existing equipment. Once I decided on a solution, Cole scheduled installation a couple of weeks later… much quicker than other companies quoting the job. Cole and his crew arrived on time and achieved planned goals each day. Everyone was friendly, focused on doing the job well, and willing to answer a variety of questions. If any issues arise after installation, Cole is quick to respond and resolve them.

When I called Cole was amazing when I told him my heat went out and I needed it fixed asap he set up the time and sent Shane out and it was fixed and up and running . You guys are amazing. If you need your heating or air fixed call Prime heating and air they are reasonable and amazing.
