Outstanding! Prime Home HVAC gave me thorough, custom, no BS furnace and AC quotes for the size of both my home and my budget. Installation day was seamless. Dustin, Byron, and Alex were on time, professional, thorough, and precise. They took the time to walk me through my new system (80 KBTU and 3 Ton) as well as connecting and showing how to use my new WiFi enabled thermostat. The new system is ultra quiet too. Getting a new heating and air-conditioning system can be very stressful, but Prime Home HVAC made it a great experience!

This was a 2 1/2 day job consisting of installing a steam humidity system in my HVAC and a 5 stage reverse osmosis water filtration system and a pressure pump. Prime is the only company we have do any work on our house. The boss and all the workers are friendly and are skilled. Everything was explained all through installation process to me. Everything works with no issues. The entire area was left clean after the job was finished. We’ve had major work done by Prime last year and are enjoying the comfort in our home from that. Whatever the future hold regarding maintenance or other needs it will be Prime we call. Rod
