Shannon was wonderful! We walked with him after he had completed the inspection and he pointed out each item that he identified as a deficiency. He carefully explained how or why each was a problem and then offered ideas and recommended courses of action to remedy the issues. I would highly recommend Prime home inspections. I hired them to do my one year home inspection, and it was the best money I ever spent. He found dry wall cracks and fasteners coming through the wall I did not notice. But most importantly he scoped my septic system and found a huge backup. This back up was the result of improper installation of the sewer pipe to the outgoing sewer pipe. As a result the builder will be responsible for digging up my front porch and reinstalling the pipe. This saved me about 15k. It truly was the best money I have spent as this was caught when my house was still under warranty.
