Just finished a complete bathroom remodel with this company. The end product looks amazing. However, this review is based upon the "middle part." They were helpful, honest, straightforward and worked with integrity throughout the entire process. They helped me pick out everything including the tile and granite and their suggestions were always very tasteful, classy and of the highest quality. Would definitely recommend this company for a bathroom remodel done the right way!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible company to work with. Customer service is slim to none and when we asked why we weren't getting customer service we were told we didn't pay for it and then the contractor quit claiming we were harassing him. All we did was inquire what was going on with our project and after asking several times with no response we were frustrated. He left us in the dark and then got mad when we started asking questions about what was going on with our project. The owner is quick to go on the defensive instead of trying to work with you. He breached the contract and refused to let us know what had been done and spent on the project so far. When we asked for a list of what was spent and on what, he told us that would cost us $1,800!
