Prime Restoration did an excellent job after an ice dam affected three levels of my home. From the very first call with Sharon, everything felt handled, she immediately sent Ryan, the project manager, out to assess the situation. The entire team was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the process, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Ryan, Sean, and Jose were absolutely the best, very professional, hardworking, and respectful of my home. I highly recommend Prime Restoration and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Prime restoration came to our home when our 20 year old water heater decided it was done and the bottom fell out! Our house was total chaos with most every room soaking wet! Prime knew just what to do and got to work getting all the water up and then started removing our bamboo flooring which was wet and badly damaged.  They placed drying equipment and took care of everything! This company is very professional and the technicians worked really hard and they were very polite and courteous guys on top of the great job they did!

Prime was great to work with for restoration after a fire with water damage. Not knowing the process they were the first to show up and help walk me through the process. Very professional and quick to action. I will use again and would recommend to anyone in need.

I am so pleased and impressed with the professional work done by Ryan, Brenden and Conner at my Patio Home. I had water damage from a pipe burst behind a wall. Ryan was here immediately and they tore out the floors and wet drywall. Moved all of my furniture. Had the fans, dehumidifiers going within a day. Handled all communication for me with my insurance.. Took pictures of damage and submitted. I didn’t have to lift a finger or deal with anything. Brenden and his team took care of the rebuild install. Picked up my choice of flooring and had it done within a couple of days. Everything went so smooth and it could have been a total nightmare for me. Everything looks so perfect! I am so grateful to Prime for their rapid response to my water leak. I came home in the evening to find a broken/frozen pipe was flooding my downstairs. They had someone out first thing the next day to help minimize any damage. They patiently answered questions throughout the drying process (and there were a lot of questions so it would have tried the patience of a saint). They took the towels, sheets, and quilt I had used to try to soak up the water and washed and returned them. Workers arrived when promised and were polite. They respected my home by wearing plastic booties so as not to increase the mess the water had left. They finished today and everything seems well so that I can now begin the process of making repairs. Thanks, Guys! You are my heroes.
