Prime Moving Center

I had a great experience with Prime Moving Center. They worked fast, and safely wrapped and transported our furniture with no damages to our furniture and house. They also put down runners through out our house to not track in any dirt. The custom service was also amazing and a very easy process. I highly recommend this company! I've used Prime Moving Company 2x for my moves. They are always on time, professional, and thorough. They are quite pricey, but I feel I can trust the movers with my belongings. I would have preferred a more accurate estimate, we were about $300 more expensive when all was said and done so I didn't budget correctly based on the estimate provided. I will use them again, 10/10 recommend to everyone!

Prime Mover's helped me with a move on rather short notice. They arrived on time and in good spirits with all of the necessary equipment. I knew I was in good hands! They were friendly, professional and worked so hard. They went above and beyond not willing to leave anything behind for me to worry about. Luke took great care with all of my furniture, padding and wrapping everything. Prime Movers took the pain and anxiety out of what was a very difficult move for me. Being a widow and a senior I am so grateful for their wonderful attitude, their muscle, their professionalism and efficiency. They are the best movers I have ever used! They know what they're doing when it comes to packing, protecting and transporting your furniture.

We were recommended by a friend who used Prime Moving twice for their moves. We got an in-home estimate for our move and was suggested that we would need five movers for 8-10 hours (3 bedroom house with estimated 70 items and 200 boxes). Shannon was very responsive to all my questions even when I was just in the planning and budgeting phase of the move. I really liked how they have a client site for me to communicate with Shannon and also ensure that my move was scheduled and confirmed. On the day of my move, the movers and the truck arrived on schedule. One of the guys actually arrived sooner and went straight to work looking over our inventory so he could start planning. Our team of Lucas, Demetrius, Jalin, Arthur, Chris, and Chad were courteous, worked efficiently and only took a break

Their customer service and logistics coordinator are easy to work with, very accessible, and promptly respond to your questions and concerns. Their estimates are accurate and their scheduling system is easy to use. The day of the move went very smooth. Our movers were great guys - professional, personable, kind, and excellent at what they do. Our move involved several pickups and they were extremely punctual. And all of our furniture looks great. Prime Moving Center takes the guesswork out of finding a good moving company because they know their industry and are great at what they do. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.
