I made an appointment on 7/16/15, with Tony, for 7/23/15. On 7/22/15, I confirmed the appointment with Tony.After more than 15 minutes pass the appointment time on 7/22/15, I called the office and spoke with Jazman. According to Jazman, she would contact Tony and then call me back. After waiting more than 30 minutes, I called Jazman back and expressed my disappointment with the level of service I had received up to that point. To my surprise, she started yelling and screaming and before I knew it, she hung up the telephone. I immediately called back and requested that she put me in touch with either the manager or the owner of the company. Once again, she surprised me by hanging the phone up yet again.
