I can’t thank those at Prime Movers enough for the smoothest transition in moving from one home to the other as well as getting quickly scheduled in. I had the pleasure in having Leo and one other employee (I hate that I unfortunately can’t remember his name for full credit) aid in moving my possessions to my new home. I mainly left the bigger bulk items like TV stands, dressers and bedframes for them to move and they had those loaded up in no time and this was also while the other employee may have potentially still been learning the ropes, in which he did phenomenal!! Conversations sparked as naturally when you’re around good people and it is always cool learning about others and their careers as they learned of mine. I would strongly advise anyone to use Prime Residential Movers!! -Da

I have moved multiple times in my 30 year career from California to Virginia to Texas an 2 times in Florida. I have to say that I had one of the most outstanding experiences with this company. This is largely due to the team that moved me from Lutz to Leesburg. Kay, Leo an Jay were simply outstanding. After one walk through of my Tri-level Townhouse. They were off to the races. They quickly loaded over 40 boxes an broke down 2 bedroom sets, Living Room, Patio furniture and Dining room in approximately 3 hours. It was an effortless move for me. I simply sit back an watch this amazing group of young men who were exceedingly friendly just quickly load my furniture an belongings. Quoted for 3 hours but ran overtime 2 hours. One of the crew was first day on the job. The team lead had to slow down to train the new member. He dropped the nightstand due to careless, damaged to the wall and the nightstand. Update October 1, 2024: I complained and they promised to get back but they didn't follow up. Dropped to one star. Stay away from this company

Hire them!! I canceled with another company because Jhuly was wonderful when I spoke with her for the quote. I called her many times and she was always pleasant and very knowledgeable. Leonardo can pack!!! I ordered 2 trucks but he was able to get it all in one. I highly recommend them.

Leonardo and the crew from Prime Residential took great care of moving us from Crawfordville to Gainesville. Their prices are the best and they carefully wrapped and protected our furniture and framed artwork and mirrors. We definitely recommend them and would hire them again.
