My regular sprinkler Company closed last year so when it came time to open my system this year I was scrambling to find someone in Staten Island who could come. I called Prime Sprinkler who I had never dealt with before. Sal came when he said he going to come fixed one head and setup my system for a fair price. And when My wife could not get home in time to pay him because he had to make it to another stop. He left a bill and and trusted us to send a check. Now that's service. Sal is a breath of fresh air. I called him on a Saturday morning about a problem I was having with my sprinkler system. He was about to begin a big installation job about a mile away. He was at my house within 10 minutes, fixed my system, and didn't charge me for the call. If you're looking for great service and someone who puts the customer first, he's your guy!!
