Great experience! Dean insisted on being very transparent with pricing upfront before any work was done so there were no surprises on price. The day he came to remove the stump, he discovered some additional large roots that were not able to be seen until he started the work. He immediately stopped to discuss the extra work and the additional charge to take care of it (which was very minimal!) before proceeding. I really appreciated how thorough and professional he was, I would highly recommend!
