PrimePark LAX Parking

This is the worst service I've ever received in my life. Everything is dirty, the employees are very rude, they took over an hour to pick me up, they don't help with your luggage, and they don't even speak English. On top of that, if you're even a minute late, they charge you for the whole day. If you complain about anything, they just laugh in your face. I've never had such a horrible experience. cheap is definitely expensive in this case! PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE, save yourselves from a horrible experience !! I gave it one star because there is no option for zero stars.

Absolutely Do not use them, EVEN if it was free I would not use them they lie about pick up times we waited over 2 hours the lady kept saying 5 mins. Again do not use them under no circumstances. Even the bus driver from another company drove past 3 times asking “are you sure your driver is coming” Even when we arrived to be dropped off at the airport it took a hour. I hate leaving bad reviews but if you’re going to be in this line of business you need to have More than one driver doing the pick ups and drop offs

Booked this place last minute because it was advertised as being 0.5 miles from the airport, but it’s actually about 3 miles away; first red flag. When we arrived, the attendant was on his phone having a full conversation on speaker. Several minutes went by, and he continued the same conversation while scanning our reservation code. He never gave us any directions about where to catch the shuttle or how anything worked. We had to figure it out ourselves. Luckily, the shuttle happened to be there when we were leaving, so we didn’t have to wait long on the front end. Coming back from our trip, we called for the shuttle after grabbing our bags at baggage claim. Thirty minutes passed, and during that time I saw 6–7 shuttles from Parking Spot, Quik Park, and other companies, but not one from P

Only leaving 1 star because I can't leave negative stars. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! Pickup shuttle drives by and didn't even attempt to stop. Had to call several times and the attendant at lot is EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I think the shuttle stopped to pick us up only because l because he was dropping off people. Didn't get out to help with luggage and talked on the phone the entire time. I guess you get what you pay for... NEVER AGAIN.

Leaving a 1 star is, actually, too high for this place. Service was horrible, no communication and we had to get out and walk from terminal 2 to terminal 6 so we could make our flight. The driver appeared lost and didn't seem to know the airport. Once we landed we called for the pickup and waited 30 minutes before calling back to ensure they were on the way. The phone operator could not actually tell me where the pickup van was or if they had even left to come and get us. I understand wanting safe and cheaper parking but I would have paid the premium at the airport to avoid any and all association with this place. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
