It was my lucky day when I found Primo Painting contractors online. Project Manager Luise Cuellar came to our home promptly, looked over the job thoroughly and presented us with a comprehensive proposal the next day. He worked with me within my budget, his team showed up on time, as agreed, and in only five days transformed our house. Everything was done by the friendly and respectful team in a professional manner. Our family, friends and neighbors love our new look.

I attempted to obtain a quote for a large scale project I have at a community that I manage. However the woman that answered the phone was rude. After introducing myself and the business I worked for I asked with whom I was speaking. She responded with “How can I help you?” I said that I was looking to request a proposal and would like to know who I was speaking with at which point she hung up on me. I tried calling back one more time and the call was routed to a voicemail system. If this is how a potential customer with a large commercial project is treated on an initial call I can only imagine how they must treat people with smaller projects. Very disappointing.

Primo Painting painted my bathroom and did a fantastic job!! I was impressed by the pride they took in their work and their attention to the small details. They were organized and neat throughout the painting process too! I will definitely refer and hire Primo Painting again for some upcoming home projects. Thanks, Luis and Team!!
