Primo Plumbing came out to install my garbage disposal and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They were friendly, honest, and walked me through everything before they started. The installation was quick, clean, and done right the first time. It’s rare to find a company that treats you with respect and does solid work. Definitely recommending them to friends and family!

I have been using Primo for over 20 years. They have taken care of small plumbing problems too rebuilding my furnace. They do excellent work. Their employees are always professional and friendly. I have two dogs and they always greet the employees. I always feel safe with their employees in my home. I will continue to use their services as long as I own my home. We have had Primo Plumbing come out to our condo for many years, calling them whenever we could. We worked with Tom in the beginning, who was very familiar with our building, and then later with Jordan. And now we have had the pleasure of having Aaron come out to assist us. He was professional, patient, and kind. He worked very efficiently, and we were confident with everything he had to say about the issues with our drains, and in general. We had an emergency situation with our water heater. It was leaking and needed to be replaced asap. We reached out to Primo and were greeted by Jordan who knowledgeably, professionally and promptly addressed our situation. He came to our home that day and clearly explained product options, pricing and installation availability. Later that same day, he and Steven installed the new heater. Steven and Jordan were both incredibly professional and friendly. They were pleasures to work with and have in our home. We would not hesitate to recommend Primo to friends and family. We will definitely use their services whenever we have a plumbing need.
