The short of it: Do yourself a huge favor and go to Superior pools. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTNACES SHOULD YOU HIRE PRIMO POOLS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! If you can't afford a truly quality pool builder such as Superior, then just get a shovel and some concrete and build your pool yourself - it would be highly unlikely that you would build a worse pool than Primo. The long of it: At first it seems to go well, you get a design and a contract that you sign and pay a substantial non-refundable deposit, then things go from bad to awful to horrific from that point forward. NOTE: The contract clearly states that your final payment MUST be made before they will finish your pool!! What kind of company would make that a requirement? Sat down with the female rep., gave the survey to her and picked out our options. We were told it could take awhile to get a quote due to cement being sparse. 3 months later we heard nothing back, called to get an update and the receptionist said that they stepped out and would call us back when they returned. I guess they never returned! That was a year ago. I don't recommend this company at all. Not even an update. Really!! We're pretty reasonable and patient people. No matter the situation, a call back is expected.

Waste of time meeting with this company. We met with one of the advisors (maybe the only one) over 2 months ago for an estimate/proposal to have a fairly basic pool installed, ready to pay cash, no financing with a very flexible time-line. After no response for over a month, called twice and was told "they're in meetings", with no call back. Called again almost a month later, to the same response. I wouldn't waste any of your time with this company. I wonder if the owner is aware of the execrable correspondence with potential customers? I'll be sending a letter in addition to this review informing them.
