Firstly, I saw one of your guy loading their equipment on the truck after completing a landscaping job in the neighborhood. I stopped and asked if he had a card, he said "No" and proceeded to ignore me. When I asked for a phone number to inquire about your services he continued to ignore me while I sat in there for good 5 minutes. I figured it was the color of my skin that prompted his blatantly disregard of my inquiry. Secondly, to make matters worse, when I called to share my experience with the owner, the phone was disconnected as I was speaking to the representative who answered the phone. I attempted again, giving her the benefit of the doubt that perhaps we encountered faulty connections but she was dismissive and not very friendly at all. It was at the point I decide to no

Not a trusted company. Bait and switch tactics. Liars and more Lies was all we received from this company and the owner Tim. Give your business to another company. Company has located on SR447 and continues to conduct business unethically. Stay far away from these CON artist, they prey on New Yorkers in the area and those of us from NJ. Will never recommend them or use them again. Lousy workmanship, poor communication, they come in with lower numbers however, they will add on change orders causing the original estimate to be double when all said and done. Primrose installed our paver walkway for our new home. After 6 months there has been some settlement and cracks that need to be repaired. I contacted back in the beginning of May about scheduling to come out. The lady keeps saying she will trying to get me in the schedule this week every time I try calling. All they do is complain that my house is an hour from them so they keep pushing me back. I asked them to put me in the schedule when there next opening is but they cannot she said. I dont mind if its a month or two out but they said they dont work like that. They are not professional at all.
