The view and exercise is the best. This is a great place to take someone for a first hike in the Alpine Loop area. Not too tough, but breathtaking in visual scope. There's one stretch of butt-burner trail to keep everyone honest and then a view of Mt Timpanogos that just cannot be conveyed by a camera.
Fairly easy hike in to this breathtaking view. Start at Summit TH area. 4miles round trip.
Hike not exactly easy.. but worth it!
Great in the spring, lots of wildflowers.
