Prince Appliance

I'm tired od seeing my buddy go through this with this company. Do NOT buy from this place. They make promises and do NOT fulfill their promises or honor their warranty. Nobody should have to chase a company to honor a warranty. They just want a working fridge! Absolutely brutal. They just change the store name when they feel it's necessary after all the complaints. You've been warned. When this issue is resolved I will remove this post. Seriously! Do the right thing. Do you not have any morals?

I bought a stackable washer and dryer from prince appliance. They gave a 3 month warranty. The washer isn't washing properly. They gave me a suggestion how to fix the issue but it didn't fix. Everytime I have been calling or messaging They ignore me. The main number on the website is not in service. 2 days ago I finally got ahold of the guy he said he will call me back that day with a time when he was going to come and he didn't call, and I have called him multiple times and he isn't answering me. The fact that they are suppose to be a business and ignoring their customers they gave warranty too is unacceptable. I don't suggest ever dealing with these people.

They sell the product, and ignore if something needs needs to be fixed. I bought a washer which is making the clothes greasy and not fresh. I have tried calling this company but they ignore and do not cooperate! completely dissatisfied 👎🏻☹️

Good service. They communicate through texting in addition to over the phone. Some or most of their products are from the repo business, which is why you can find such good products at a incredibly reduced price. The stove I bought came with a 60 day warranty. They will allow to test the appliances before purchasing them. The stove I bought had an msrp of 2000$. But it was repo'd and Prince Appliances bought the stove for 500$. They had it listed for 750$, but he sold it to me for 640$, only giving himself a profit of 140$. So in my opinion the pricing is amazing. I will update this review if the stove I bought fails. I highly recommend prince appliances if you don't want to waste your money at other appliance stores. EDIT: It's been about 2 weeks since the purchase of the stove. There

Bought a used washer from here 4 months ago with a 90 day warranty, when I got it home it was shaking violently even after being leveled and the wash load adjusted. Since then I have been unable to contact anyone at this business by phone or several visits to the store. They are scam artists
