Prince William Garage Door

I had my garage door installed this morning by Jason from Prince William Garage Doors, and he did an excellent job! Jason was very pleasant to work with—professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. As a new homeowner, I had a lot of questions, and he took the time to answer every one of them. He also showed me how to program both of my remotes and my external keypad, which was super helpful. Jason went above and beyond by explaining basic garage door maintenance and even gave me an honest estimate and great advice for when I’ll eventually need a replacement door. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend Prince William Garage Door—especially Jason! He made the whole experience easy and stress-free.

PWGD installed two new garage door openers several years back and did a fantastic job. After constant use, one of the springs broke. I called that evening and had someone over to repair it the very next day. He also did a great job and everything is working perfectly. The parts and labor rate were very fair. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Prince William Garage installed my garage door opener last year. Today, my cable on the door came loose or tangled due to the cold. Called Prince William garage and they were out within two hours to fix the issue. Fantastic! The door works even better than before. Shout out to Wally for doing such a great job!

Outstanding service today. I called them last week, explained my needs, and over the phone they gave me a solid quote. Technician came today, replaced both openers, adjusted the tension lines, and fixed the springs. He showed up early, and had me programming the remotes, etc., in about two hours. Outstanding work, no fuss, just great service.

I backed into my garage door yesterday at lunchtime - I know, such a stupid move; I'm old! I know better! - and immediately searched for a local garage door company. Prince William Garage Door was the first entry. I called, and Jason called me right back. While I was out on my errand he stopped by my house. I got a call maybe 45 minutes after the incident with an affordable estimate and a plan. He picked up the new garage door panel in Warrenton that afternoon, and at 7:15 am today the tech was there installing it! My garage door was repaired in 90 minutes, 21 hours after I broke it, and it looks and acts brand new. Fantastic!! My home is secure again! I can't thank and recommend Prince William Garage Door enough!
