Priority solutions has been excellent from the start. I had two units installed in my home, great installation team, I was very satisfied that I signed up for maintenance once the one year parts and service was up, they continue to do a great job and are very quick to respond and schedule appointments.

I've been using Priority Cool Solutions on multiple properties over the last few years. Service is second to none, fast turnaround, and good communication. Prices are reasonable and it's a small, but growing local business.

My AC stopped blowing cold air, 5 o'clock Friday ugh. I checked the usual stuff, breaker, filter, thermostat. All okay. Sooo, Saturday morning took to Yelp. Priority Cool responded with an eta of 1 pm. On the mark, Raydel showed up. Very pleasant young man. Clean and professional in appearance. My AC problem was a coil condenser fan motor I believe. It was 87 inside the house, thank the Lord for frozen peas. Felt great on my head. Though the AC was under warranty would be a few days living on the sun before he could get it so I opted for the one available in his truck. Very satisfied with the service and highly recommend Priority Cool Solutions.
