Recently moved to the area. Had a list of improvement from the initial home inspection plus a couple of nagging improvement items. Talked to Kevin and scheduled him for the work. This guy is the real deal. He does what he says he's going to do. He takes pride in his work. He maintains a neat work area. He offers guidance and perspective and keeps you informed on what he is doing. He shows up when he says he will show up. And, his prices are very, very competitive. If you can't say all of these things about people doing work for you, I'd suggest you call Kevin. You won't be disappointed.

During the arctic freeze this past December I had an exterior spigot give up. Definitely a minor plumbing emergency but one I needed fixed! Kevin was there when he said would he would be and got me fixed up at a good price. Previously he's done other exterior work and no doubt I'll call him for future interior work as well. He is kind, honest, and explains the processes and expenses in a respectful way. I highly recommend him for any handyman work. He is truly a gem!

Kevin Scott knows his business. He is highly skilled and very professional. His aim is to please the customer and it shows in every area of his work from the moment he arrives on your property till the time he leaves. Assets: Determines in detail what the customer wants and discusses any possible options. Answers any and all questions concerning the job so that everyone has clear knowledge of what to expect. Arrives when he says he will and goes straight to work. Pays attention to detail and strives for perfection on each job as in our case. Very organized. Clean. Doesn't waste time. His pricing is very reasonable. A genuine pleasure to work with. I would highly recommended him, and I plan on hiring him again in the near future.

Kevin did meticulous, attractive, quality work in repairing 2 ceilings and replacing one ceiling entirely following a roof failure. Additionally, requested additional flush mount lighting and exhaust fan installations, along with re-wiring and switch installation completed. Sheetrock repair/ replacement can be extremely messy- but the preventative steps taken by Kevin as well as superb DAILY cleanup before he finished for the day was impressive. Clear communication -from initial quote, to upgrade changes (requested by us), to final billing. And then he came in under projected cost! This polite, honest professional is in high demand- but for us, TOTALLY worth the wait!

Kevin was outstanding in the services he provided. We had a kitchen exhaust vent installed through roof along with 2 bathroom exhaust fans replaced and vented through the roof. All work done expediently and professionally, Kevin was on time, stayed in touch and was a pleasure to have in our home. Will be using his services in the future.
