It was a great experience working with James Franco! Very helpful and got my full roof replaced through insurance, he was able to communicate with insurance when I wasn’t. He did my neighbors roof when I found him, and I was very frustrated with insurance at the time because they only partially approved my roof. He has very professional, his communication skills are amazing, and he took the frustration away working diligently with insurance to help me. He truly cares about his homeowners and never gives up! You should use him as your Contractor too! Highly recommended! 10/10

Mike and Jessica stopped by and Mike inspected the roof for hail damage found enough to approach the insurance company. We got there reprentative to inspect the roof , we picked the singles set a date and as they told me they would be finished with the roof in a day and they were, the next day little other things were completed. Iam a CWI retired everything I was told was done in a prompt and craftman like manner. The experience was easy. Jasper handled everything. He was super helpful throughout the whole process. We wanted to wait a few months and called him back when we were ready and really appreciate Jasper’s patience. Once we got started he handled all the negotiating with our insurance USAA. We had some trouble getting a hold of our adjuster but Jasper made it happen. We love our new roof and even got a discount from our insurance after we got it. Can’t recommend Jasper enough. He was patient, well informed, communicative and really cared about us throughout the whole thing.
