They lied to my insurance and said I refused to allow them to check on my damaged equipment. When I clearly have pictures of them checking equipment. 10th June 2024 a tornado can through my neighborhood in Summerville SC. I wasn’t the only house with damage. Every house on my street had server damage roof, fences, down power lines ect. My wife and I had a tree total loss her car and my landscaping trailer. My equipment was damaged inside by water and jolt of tree. I have clearly explained this to my insurance, sent pictures, and emails. I was told by my insurance that a second associate from this company would be stopping by to check equipment. The associate came I let him inside my trailer. Amazing care and handling of our piano and artwork after a water main broke in our wall, flooding the first floor. Expert and professional, clean, considerate, smart and efficient— the group of people in this house took our belongings for several months while floors and cabinets were being restored and replaced. As if by magic, the paintings and piano were brought back, looking as if they had never been taken away. I was quite amazed by their expertise. I would definitely recommend them.
