Pristine had to reschedule our first appointment because it was during a snowstorm and we don't have a garge. However, they were prompt in their communication, got us on the schedule right away, came and got rid of two lingering pet stains. Our carpet looks as fresh as the day it was installed. I have had Pristine come clean my carpets for 25 plus years. They always do an amazing job. This time was extra special. He made my 30yr old carpet look almost new! My other carpet was wonderful as well but the old one really surprised me. I have many dogs on my floors so they were spotted and dirty---NOT NOW! I would recommend Pristine to anyone. Thanks guys.

Pristine Carpet Care was prompt, detailed and did a better job on my carpet than I thought possible. They got up a stain that had been there 5 years and I thought was a lost cause.
