Pristine Clean Gainesville Cleaning Service

We really love Pristine Clean. We have had some very bad experiences in the past with housekeepers and are so grateful to have found this service. Ashley is great and personally came out to give us an estimate and our options, which were very reasonable. We communicate via email and she is super fast to respond. The crew is on time and always does a very thorough job. We have really grown to love the two girls that come out to our place. They seem to love their job and life. They go above and beyond take great care with all the details and it really shows. This is a very organized and trustworthy business with and owner that really cares about great customer service. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! I’m in nursing school and work full time so I wanted a deep cleaning to help me out. They did such a fantastic job with my apartment. I was a little hesitant at first but Rachel was so nice and very accommodating with scheduling. I will most likely be using them frequently. I was very surprised when I got home from work and saw my apartment. They even organized and left cute little touches. It was cleaner than when I first moved in!! They even managed to get out stains in my wood floor that were there before I moved in and my leasing manager said they couldn’t get them out. But Pristine was able to. I’m so so happy. We had used Pristine Clean for over a year, and were mostly happy with their work. However, it was a bit inconsistent - some weeks definitely resulted in better cleaning than others. They did not show to clean one Monday (being short staffed). We did not get any notice, and I was understanding. However, more than a week passed and they still did not reschedule! I sent emails, left phone messages and called multiple times, with no response. This left us with no help cleaning right before Thanksgiving with my in laws coming and a long list of other things to do. I am deeply disappointed in their poor treatment of a long time costumer. I would like to add that Pristine Clean charged me for cleaning both on 11/12/18 and 12/5/18 without actually cleaning my home!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Pristine Clean!!! I have been using Ashley's service for almost two years now. After going through four horrible housekeepers, finding Ashley and Pristine Clean was a miracle! Ashley has a fantastic crew, and I trust them implicitly. I was so sad to learn that Katrina was moving into a supervisor position, I thought no one would be able to take her place. But then I met Tracy... wow! Everyone who works for Ashley is professional, organized and detail oriented. I come home from work every Monday to a clean house- what a blessing!

I would first like to say that the ladies that came to clean the house were professional and did a great job. However, the receptionist staff at Pristine clean was very unprofessional and misquoted pricing of their cleaning services. I was basically quoted one price and then after the cleaning was done told it would be double the cost. When I made it very clear to the receptionist that I was not happy with the price and felt misquoted she fell silent and stated that she had told me that the price was per "man hour." I then quickly reiterated to her that she never told me pricing was per "man hour" and that she couldn't even tell me on the day of my service if there would be one or two cleaners.
