Pristine was recommended to me by a friend and I sure am thankful for that recommendation! Roxane was very helpful and made the whole insurance process very easy to understand. From the initial inspection to my full roof replacement, I was well informed. She took care of all of the insurance stuff and answered every question and concern I had with ease. The workers were done in just 2 days and it looks amazing! My first experience getting a new roof was made super easy because of Pristine. If you need any work done I would definitely recommend them!

Pristine Roofing was Amazing to work with! They met with my State Farm adjuster to represent me on the roof at the time of inspection. Their actual roofers did such a Great job...we let them change our Gutters, which was less than the 2 bids we obtained. They even repainted our Smoke Stack. I would recommend Pristine to all my friends and colleagues. Our salesperson, Cole, did Everything he promised and was easy to work with and provided all pics needed to upload to the State Farm claims team. Our roof received significant damage after a hailstorm. Pristine Roofing took care of the entire project from start to finish, including handing all correspondence with the insurance company. Their contract was straightforward and easy to understand. They started and completed the job as promised. They even went above and beyond what they were required to do in order to make sure we were completely happy. Their sales staff and crew were kind, courteous, and kept us informed every step of the way. After they finished our roof, they were able to help our neighbors get a new roof as well. Pristine Roofing & Construction was God sent they are knowledgeable, professional and extremely nice. Explanation of the entire process from the pricing, shingles, and warranties. Handled everything with my insurance company. The crew that installed the roof was very efficient. Roof was installed in one day and clean up was immaculate. I would like to thank Roxanne she kept in touch through the entire process!! It was a pleasure working with them and highly recommend them for any roofing needs you may have.

This is the worst company I have ever done business with. Our roof was not installed correctly and can't pass state inspection. Evan Vice , the owner will not communicate at all. He cashed our check and ran. We are in the process of suing him to retrieve our money back so that we can afford to get our roof replaced correctly with another company. Don't work with this company. Do your home work and hire another, more trustworthy company. Working with this company will be the worst decision of your life.
