Pristine Tile & Carpet Cleaning

First Ray didn't do a good job cleaning the carpets and he left brown spots all over my carpets and his hose was leaking so that some of my wood flooring pulled up. When I confronted him on it he said his hoses don't leak which is a lie because I watched him vacuum up water off of my wood flooring and there was soap left on the wood flooring he told me he was going to come back and fix it and he never did and he won't answer my calls.

Thank you so very much to Pristine Tile and Carpet Cleaning. I did not have a carpet cleaned or tile BUT I did have my Laminate Flooring restored. I did the terrible mistake of using Rejuvenate (advertised for Laminate Flooring - NOT TRUE) on my Laminate, over time the wax buildup was so bad with scratches and scuff marks all over the the floor and I had 1200 sq. ft. of it. I thought the only alternative I had was a new floor, I was told by everyone I contacted it could not be fixed until I talked to Ray and Anna Vasquez owners of Pristine. Ray assured me it could be fixed, it would take time and hard work, he was so right. My floor looks like new not a scratch mark or scuff on it. IT LOOKS GREAT, BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS. I had them come out and do 2 jobs for me. I had them deep clean the tiles downstairs and do my carpets upstairs. With 7 rooms in all you would think it would run allot of money. Not with these guys! They were very affordable and did an outstanding job!
