Private Appliance Service

I highly recommend Private Appliance! They have made several service calls over the years to my home; their service tech consistently does a great job at explaining the problem, giving a honest answer and following through. I called recently to get my washer repaired but unfortunately after 15 years of use, he said it was not worth repairing. They refunded me the money for the service call as a credit to buy a refurbished appliance. The delivery guys were great! Very happy with how everything was handled!

This place is great for new and used appliances. They offered us a 6 month warranty on a used fridge and for $40, they delivered it and hauled away my old one. It was perfect at a time when we didn't anticipate having to replace our fridge and weren't ready to drop a thousand dollars. Their used appliance prices are legitimately affordable (We paid $265 for a slightly older model stainless steel fridge) and it was well worth it.

First time experience. My oil company that I have been with over 30 years told that they couldn’t help me with my gas space heater. They had serviced it previously, said we don’t do that anymore. Called these guys. Came out , the tech said he had been working with them for 18 years. Replaced a part after diagnosis and I have heat . Very fair with the price. Great experience. Will use them again.

Was referred to this place. Called, asked a question, guy rudely answered & slammed phone down. Won't be going there, won't be referring anyone. I know MANY people looking to buy appliances....they won't be going there!!

Horrendous company no communication!!!, would never ever do business with this company.
