We are in the process of purchasing a condo in Naples. The water heater that is currently in place is old. We called Privette to see about a replacement. The water heater is turned so that we are unable to see the label listing the size, which is important in order to obtain a proper permit. There were other questions Privette asked and we tried to give them as much information as we could, even involving the inspector who offered to try and help. This is a challenging situation because we are not in Florida until March 1. Finally, our realtor said he was willing to meet a Privette technician at the new condo to actually look at the old water heater. We thought that was good news! We telephoned to try and set a time and date up and were met with a surly, rude woman who answered the phone.

We've used Privette Plumbing several times and they have always been courteous, professional and thorough. Pricing was fair. We will use them again!

Not cheap but quality work. Our home has old brittle pvc piping so it is best to work with someone experienced with it. Several of our neighbors have used other companies or DIY and had major problems.

Privette was there the same day I called. The technician, Joey was professional, courteous and happy to explain the problem and how to solve it. Great customer service and plumbing knowledge. Highly recommend them.
