Not recommended. Disappointed the whole process, we were not advised that you buy the materials from Prizm then they contract out laborer (many days past promised date). Laborer rescheduled 3 times due to Prizm not supplying correct materials (delayed again). Not exactly what I visioned for Backyard gate/fence? 3 weeks past due date (Sept) & now waiting for Ed/Prizm to respond/correct. 10/7 Update: no remedy still, Ed came out 9/29 to re measured gate, & nothing since. We are normally flexible & understanding but this is a mess!

From start to finish, a great company to work with. I was a little concerned with a slight hill and tree in one corner but after talking with the installer we came up with a plan. The fence turned out better than I had hoped. Would definitely recommend Prizm vinyl!

My fence was installed February of last year. The entire process was a nightmare, it took weeks for Ed to finally produce a satisfactory drawing to obtain our permit. During this step of the process, it was difficult to communicate with Ed from Prizm vinyl, oftentimes I had to follow-up emails or try to call him to get a response. This process took from October of 2023 until February of 2024 to finally get the fence installed. Obviously we were excited to finally receive the fence we’ve been waiting for, until we witnessed the results of the installation afterwards. The pictures speak for themselves, screws strewn about my yard, my yard was completely torn up, vinyl shreds and chunks laying about, and then the fence itself looked like it was 5 years old already with deep gouges and scrapes

Prizm Vinyl is an awesome company to work with. We have an almost one year old cockapoo puppy and I was getting tired of going outside every time he had to go to the bathroom so I decided to have a fence installed. Having never installed a fence before I was overwhelmed by everything that was on the web. After getting a couple estimates, Prizm Vinyl was the best choice. Ed was very personable and answered all of my questions and came out to my house and showed me the different types of fencing that were available. I ended up going with a white vinyl fence. When we purchased a puppy we decided we needed a fence to keep her safe. We wanted an aluminum fence to keep her in but not fence our neighbors out. After contacting 3 fence installers and receiving 3 estimates for an aluminum fence, we chose Prizm Vinyl for 2 reasons, firstly Ed Shapiro was so personable, and spent much time explaining what we were getting for our money, and secondly his estimate was about $1,500 less than our other estimates. Also, Ed included a Veteran's discount! The installation was a bit delayed due to rain, but as soon as possible our installers arrived and went to work, 2 days later we had a fence that was really lovely and it didn't obscure anyone's view of the neighborhood.
