Three appointments. THREE. Not one successful appearance. At this point, I’m starting to think this company specializes in invisibility. If you’re looking for someone who won’t show up but will absolutely help you practice patience, this is your team. I especially loved rearranging my schedule multiple times just to sit around waiting for absolutely no one. Truly a character-building experience. No calls. No updates. Just vibes. If punctuality and basic communication aren’t important to you, you’ve found the right company. 👏

Can't say anything bad about the service, but I sure as hell hate the card fees. There goes another company nickeling and diming people because they refuse to pay their own fees. Why is it okay for you all to charge card fees, report them at the end of the year, but still keep our money and get credit from the government. 😑 This is an ongoing phenomenon with a ton of companies and I will continue to report who is double dipping. Plus I never got my septic pictures

Tony and his team did a great job! We had an urgent matter with a gas leak and they showed up within a half hour of our call. Couldn’t ask for better service! Thanks to Pro 1 Plumbing everything was fixed same day.
