Very professional and clean heat pump installation in a timely manner. Sedat was easy to communicate and before installation, he explained over in detail all the best areas of the apartment where the unit could have been installed by letting me decide where I preferred. Pro Air Care also gave me the best pricing from few other companies i received a quote for the same exact heat pump.

Failed to check drainage line during maintenance and system check. The drainage line was clogged and backed up, overflowed the pan, caused the system to underperform and leaked down through the ceiling of a newly painted room. He didn’t diagnose the problem correctly until the leak occurred. I was charged extra to unclog the line and drain the tray, plus the added refrigerant since he thought that’s what caused the underperformance. (Incident occurred in spring and summer of 2024).

Dec 2025: This was one of the smoothest plumbing/HVAC transactions I have ever had. Sedat answered my RFQ promptly, paid attention to what I was asking, worked around my schedule and offered a competitive quote. Not the highest, not the lowest. Workmanship appears solid and I have every confidence he would make it right, should there be a problem months from now. The entire process took less than a week. Jan 2026: Our second Furnace died and once again Sedat provided a fair and trouble free transaction. He doesn't over-promise, or underdeliver. The job gets done. It took him about five hours to remove the old unit, install the new unit, test and clean-up. Billing is smooth and prompt. Nobody likes to replace a major appliance, but he makes the whole process simple, fair and speedy.
