Pro Care Carpet and Floor Cleaning

They were so great. We had dog hair in our carpets, and my husband is allergic. Jake was so professional and really went the extra mile!

I own an AirBnb with lots of traffic from guests, and the carpets get very stained - my cleaner recommended Pro Care to do a 1-2x a year carpet cleaning - they called me back quickly, scheduled within a couple of days, came on time, and did a good job. The cost was entirely reasonable too. I'd use them again and probably will.

We hired Pro Care to clean a house that had been abandoned for years. They were suppose to clean walls, cabinets - inside & out, vacuum everything, steam clean couch & sectional, clean windows, etc. While the house was superficially cleaner, we were VERY disappointed and had to spend the next three weekends cleaning ourselves. The windows were not clean, there were spider webs still in every corner, tops of door & window frames were extremely dusty, couches were not touched, every cabinet, drawer and closet was still dirty, and even though they did shampoo the carpets, there is no evidence of vacuuming. We contacted the owner, and even though we did not want them to come back, we thought there would be some sort of acknowledgement of the poor job, but nothing. We do not recommend this comp

ProCare has been doing the carpets in my home for 15 years. With their recommendation I have my carpets done twice a year and today my carpets look as good as when they were installed! ProCare is a small locally owned business and is part of our community. Everyone I have recommended them to has always called me to thank me! Thank you ProCare

Would not use this group again. $986 to do a smaller Dentist office. Had to call them and have the owner come look at the terrible crappy job the waxing of the floors were done. Unfortunately I was out for surgery otherwise there would have been and stop payment on the check. The 2nd Time they came to redo the waxing....well the job is just as bad. These people do not know what they are doing . The tile floor should look like a ice skating rink when they are done waxing white tile floors. This wasn't he shittist job I have ever seen. It was like they used mop and glo wax. Yesterday I mopped the floor for the 1st time since the waxing was done......well the floor doesn't even look like there is wax on the floors I would never recommend these people again.
