Our carpets look brand new even high-traffic areas and old stains came out better than expected. They were efficient, respectful of our home, and left everything clean and fresh. I just moved into a new place and thought whoever did the carpet cleaning before did a pretty lousy job so I went in search of a company that could do a better job, and I found it. Austin from Pro Carpet cleaned all carpet in my home and a large area rug. He did a wonderful job and was very careful with the machine and hoses to not damage anything while moving about the house. He was also very polite and answered all my questions. I will definitely hire them again and recommend to others.

Maybe I didn't realize how dirty my carpets were but these carpets look brand new after pro carpet cleaning came. I have had them cleaned before, but not like this.
