We had a man named Rodriguez work a miracle on a carpet for us yesterday. I thought we would have to replace, but he definitely extended the life of this carpet 1-2 years more than if even other technicians did it. 10 years in the rental industry and I’ve never given a carpet cleaner a 5 star review. Rodriguez was a magician with it though. Very impressed. Unfortunately can’t post before pictures, but the after picture is insanely clean

10/10 with Pro Carpet. Cher, Andy & Joe are always a help in the office and their techs do great work and are honest about carpet conditions and what they can do etc. I use them at work and have had them personally clean my place before.

I'm a manager at Lexington Village and we use Pro Carpet there, but due to the heavy rain I had water come in my apartment at Lakeside. This is the first time I've had to use Pro Carpet personally and was very impressed. Drake showed up in a timely fashion, was personable and professional. Pro carpet is the best. Highly recommend.

Excellent work on the carpets! Previously, my score was poor because the carpets weren't cleaned well by the last tenant who used Pro Carpet Inc. They went above and beyond to do an amazing job this time. They even got the well-used stairs looking brand new!
