I rarely leave reviews, but my experience was disappointing. After my furnace installation, I experienced an oil system issue involving the flow/de-aerator component, which required multiple service visits. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the problem, the issue remained unresolved. During the process, I received inconsistent explanations regarding responsibility for the component. The same component was serviced during prior visits, yet its installation and coverage were later described differently. Communication and follow-up were also challenging. After receiving an estimate related to correcting the issue, I did not receive clear guidance on next steps. Additionally, one of the service visits was uncomfortable. I am very satisfied with my services from Pro Energy Solutions from the beginning to end. They replaced my furnace and installed a brand new HVAC system to my house within one day. I would like to thank the electrical team led by Ryan and the main installation team led by Mr. Ivan and his assistant. They were very professional, courteous, and respectful. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would also like to thank Vince Giordano. He came to my house and gave an outstanding quote. He also made the entire approval process very seamless and it took no longer than 30 minutes. He was very professional and was able to answer every question and concern that I had. They replaced my furnace. No bs, no extra fees, etc. Price was way lower then 4 other quotes I received. They installed the next day in a few hrs and I'm completely satisfied. No issues so far, its been about a month. Happy customer here.

Chad was the one who scheduled my installation he was very courthouse and knowledgeable. The installation process got off to a slow start but ended very well. Elias came out and did a very thorough job of cleaning the ductwork. He and his crew did a great job. He was very professional and polite. I would totally recommend them. I am a very satisfied customer!!

The guy came promptly, was very nice and pleasant. Checked everything. Showed me the work he was completing. So ,I the customer knew what going on. Altogether this is a great experience. They came out and did a tune up on my heater today. I will be having them tune up my air conditioner for next year. Great service...
