Pro Environmental has been wonderful to work with! A couple of years ago, they helped my parents with a horrible mold issue from a leak due to faulty plumbing. They worked seamlessly with the plumbing company during the re-plumb and replaced flooring, drywall, and painted. They also just completed a mold remediation in both of my bathrooms and did lots of other work that I needed done outside of that issue. Everyone has been pleasant to work with and does a wonderful job. Highly recommend!

Go somewhere else. Started my crawlspace told me it was a 2 week job 4 months later after taking my money and not completing 50% of the work I’m left with a mess and they destroyed my ductwork in my crawl space. They refuse to give me a number to the project manager or owner or return calls or emails. Complete joke of a company. They will be out of business soon I’m sure.

We had an unknown leak in our downstairs guest quarters and for an unknown length of time. We only found it when the floor gave way. Our insurance adjuster gave us a list of companies to pick from. We chose Pro Environmental because they were local and had good reviews. We couldn’t have chosen a better company to work with. We were worried about coordinating between them, a carpenter, painter and plumber. When Butch came, our worries were over. He told us that they would take care of everything, and they did. Memorial Day was coming up and we had family coming in but Butch assured us that it would be ready when they arrived. True to his word, it was ready for our company. Would not recommend! It was a nightmare from start to finish. 1st, they had me sign paperwork but neglected to mention that it would be 2 months before they could get to my house. I had to keep calling to see when they would start. I was told the whole process would take 2 weeks but it was 4 months. They never called to let me know when they were coming or if they weren't coming. Owner downplayed the effects of living in a house with black mold. They only treat areas where you show them there is mold, they don't look for it to make sure your house is mold free. I was told the subfloor was ready for them to put tile down. I delt with Liz at the morehead office. I called and told her I was working on a deadline for my house sale. They were booked. She called a day later with an opening and worked me in. They came, did the work and 4 days later another company gave a mold free inspection. Thank you for your ability to work me in on short notice and doing a great job.
