I had my roof done 5 months ago and it’s been holding up extremely well!! I have so much great things to say but my review will turn into a book. lol. No issues, no surprises, and it still looks great. The shingle color hasn’t faded at all. From day one, the level of professionalism was impressive. The team was organized, on time, and kept everything clean and well coordinated throughout the project. There was a team on the roof, a team constantly cleaning up hazards, and a supervisor watching it all from across the street with eyes on both teams making sure they were working efficiently and clean. Communication was clear, and I always knew what to expect. I really liked the progress photos. I received photos of the roof before installation, photos showing all the shingles being peeled off

We had our siding and roof replaced last summer. Honestly looks like a whole new house. Every part of the process was explained beforehand, from the solar panel removal and reinstallation process, to help with figuring out financing, etc. When it came time to start the work, the crews were professional and quick, and our project was complete within a week. Everything looks great. What’s even better is Ivan has amazing customer service and responds to any question or concern I have quickly and honestly.

I had Ice Dams form on my roof and Charlie sent his crew out within 24 hours to take care of it. They were very professional. Charlie took every call from me. I was very satisfied.

Our roof had some -- exciting -- challenges because of many addtions to the original house. We spoke with three contractors about a new roof. Pro Exteriors was reasonable, explained their process, and stayed very professional and attentive. Then our solar company, who had promised to take off and re-install our solar panels when we needed a new roof, sold out to someone else after removing the panels. We had solar panels in the yard because the new company had a policy to only do this service if they also did the roof (at a very hefty price), and didn't really care that this transition happened while we were in the middle of the project. They just refused. Pro Exteriors to the rescue, once again! A beautiful new roof, AND working solar panels. Great service, great price!
