Had spoke with Roy and confirmed our moving date for 1/31/26 @ 9:30am. Waited around for him and his crew to arrive, sent multiple texts, and called. He went no contact, almost like he fell off the face of the earth. Thank God U-Haul was willing to refund our almost $700. Never going to recommend them.

Set up an order through uhaul to have these guys help. Had communications with them days leading up. Day off no call no show nothing. Extremely unprofessional would not recommend

We had a scheduled move on Saturday that was confirmed by Roy on Tuesday of the previous week. On the day of the move he doesn't show up. I made multiple calls and texts. No response. I was on a very tight schedule and he totally ruined it. So unprofessional. I wasted money for the U-Haul. Deserves a negative rating.

I hired this group to move my townhouse furnishings into 8 UBoxes. They damaged an heirloom sofa, which will need reupholstering, shattered the bottom of an antique Barrister Bookcase, and lost a caster on another antique server. The movers who unloaded the boxes said they did a terrible job loading. They seemed accommodating but nothing can replace the damage to my belongings.

Roy and Tim were amazing! They communicated throughout the process. When we needed to adjust our schedule and have them come a day early, they were very accommodating. We can’t believe how efficient they were during our move. We highly recommend ProFit Movers to everyone!
