The technician arrived on time. Professional and knowledgeable about the appliance I needed repaired. It was my microwave that was not heating. He located the problem and quickly rectified it. It was just an option mode that was somehow got turned on. I appreciate the honesty, because some companies will make up bigger repairs that don’t need to be done. He only charged me for the service call seeing he wasn’t there long. I highly recommend using this company! I know I will in the future.
