Fast, friendly, and caring service. My garage door springs broke during the night and my car was stuck inside. I called in the morning, spoke with Casey, and explained my story. I fully expected the wait to be a day or two, but Casey told me he can have someone to my house in 15 minutes. Casey was concerned my car was stuck and didn't want me to be stuck for any longer. I really felt cared for during that call. Casey was also up front with pricing and gave me a quote for the full service, not just the labor. The service person, Zach, was here in 15 minutes and got straight to work. He finished in about an hour and my car was freed from the garage. Our garage door lost six hinges one day, and we were supposed to be out of town. 6 days later. I went shopping for a garage door, but all the normal places didn't have anything in stock. The soonest they could get us a new garage door was 4 to 6 weeks. I found pro garage door under Sioux Falls. Best, and they had a garage door in stock that was perfect for us. Not only did they make room in their schedule to get our garage door installed, but they gave us a great deal, and also got us a really great garage door opener with an app that reminds you to close the garage door for our son who frequently forgets. I had a small issue with a garage door, and messaged the team at Pro. Communication was fast and professional. They were able to schedule me promptly. Tony text me when he arrived, and when the work was complete. Everything was repaired, cleaned and maintained. Highly recommend.

What a breath of fresh air! Thank you, Brad. You immediately discovered the problem that our 2-car garage door was not going up. He quickly eyed that the spring was broken. I called and spoke with Mike the evening before, and here was personable, professional Brad at our service in the afternoon no. He quoted a price that was reasonable. He installed it.
