Shane and his guys did an amazing job on my gate operator. Clean, wires all hidden in conduit and in a post. When I drive down the driveway the gate opens up automatically when leaving. I wanted a simple but clean looking entrance. See photos below. If you want it done clean and completed correctly call Pro Gate!

I don't typically write reviews, but felt compelled to when Shane Dailey took time on a Saturday to help me troubleshoot my gate issues. He knew exactly what the problem was and helped me get it corrected. He went above and beyond by giving me tips on how to maintain the chain on my gate controller. Happy that I used Pro Gate and confident that they will be there for me when I need them. Thank you Shane!!

I debated quite a long time on whether to give him one or two stars and settled on one star. I kind of think that I was one of Shane's first customers or at least that's the way he came off at the time. It was maybe 7 or 8 years ago. The installation job he did was fine. He charged me $30,000 to put in a gate. That just looks okay. Nothing fancy. Where I really have a problem is the follow-up. He installed this somewhat complicating Overkill, over priced system and after installation acts confused. He has personnel issues it seems like and I'm sure it's hard to find people to know how to work on this stuff. Residential Driveway Gate. Meridian Kessler. Spring 2019. We had a very good experience with Pro Gate. They installed a solar powered gate on our driveway. I appreciated dealing directly with Shane, the owner, at every step. He assessed our needs, bid the work, politely tolerated some back and forth questions and approach changes from me and then was on-site everyday leading his team during installation. They kept the worksite extremely tidy and their output was high quality. He is a perfectionist and paid very close attention to detail. I felt communication was strong throughout the project. We’ve dealt with a lot of contractors during extensive renovation of our home and Pro Gate has been one of the best.
